Vibert Noble | Supporter of Several Charitable Organisations
Vibert Noble supports several charitable organisations with regular donations, including Kenya’s Mercy Rescue Trust and the UN World Food Programme’s ShareTheMeal Initiative. The latter app allows users to donate to those in need with just a few taps on their phone and is currently supporting families with emergency food assistance in countries including Sudan and Palestine.

About Vibert Noble
Vibert was born in Guyana, coming to live in the UK as a child with his parents and two sisters. He recently re-visited the country, staying in the Rupununi region for a couple of weeks. While there, he met Amerindians and became interested in the work of Eiripan, a non-profit working in the area to improve the literacy rates of children in the region. Eiripan has spent 20 years promoting literacy, cultural preservation and personal participation in development in hinterland communities.

Eclipse Chasing
A huge fan of eclipse chasing, Vibert has travelled extensively in a bid to witness stunning solar eclipses, visiting locations including the Faroe Islands, Mexico, Antarctica, Cornwall and the US’s Pacific Northwest. He is very much looking forward to planned trips in 2026, 2027 and 2028 to Spain, Egypt, and Australia or New Zealand respectively to hopefully see further eclipses.
Travel
Travel is one of Vibert’s passions and, along with his wife, he visits Lapland every January to experience the changing of the seasons from polar night to midwinter. While there, he takes the opportunity to enjoy snowshoeing and cross-country skiing, as well as looking out for the Northern Lights, which often make an appearance during this time.
Vibert and his wife regularly visits La Palma, one of the smaller Canary Islands, which is also known as La Isla Bonita (the beautiful island). Vibert has been learning Spanish for the last four years, which he hopes will be useful during his next trip. Other notable trips Vibert has enjoyed including several road trips to the United States, a visit to Svalbard and a train journey on the California Zephyr from Chicago to San Francisco.

Hobbies & Interests
To relax, Vibert enjoys walking in his local area of the Vale of Belvoir, stargazing and practicing tai chi. He is a member of his local independent cinema and theatre and takes in concerts in the wonderfully intimate atmosphere of the Union Chapel every few months. He is long-time supporter of Crystal Palace F.C. and still attends around 10 games a season, despite now living in the East Midlands.
